he Hero Images below are just some of the image’s headers I created which was sent through the Everyltic Email system, each header was accompanied with HTML descriptions about the event, a booking form link through Eventbrite and google map direction links to give the user exact directions which can be viewed through the mobile app, Google Navigate.
Majority of the events held at Durban Chamber is fully attended and on each event, I have full access to reports
that give me insights on how many emails bounced, how many people clicked on the links and how many emails were opened. The analytics help me improve future sends.
The Eventbrite system helps us manage RVSP’s and each attendee has a unique ticket which the carry to the event. I found that the people receive RSVP’s love this method as RSVP’s collect is automated and captured on Excel document for them. This enables us to quickly make name badges and email only people attending the event reminders.
